If you’re new to MAAC, welcome! We’ve put together some resources that you’ll find useful throughout the season. If you have questions that aren’t answered here, please contact a MAAC Board member, or catch one of us at the pool during practice. We want you to have all the information you need for your swimmer(s) to have a successful season!
- Fill out the Minnesota Swimming Inc. registration form and the MAAC registration form before your first practice, so we can get your swimmer(s) registered right away.
- Welcome Letter from Head Coach Hilary Wilde [PDF]. Packed with great information for new and returning swimmers, this letter will help you get the season off to a great start.
- Fall/Winter 2011/12 Events Calendar [PDF]. This lists all practices, planned meets, and special events. You can also access the Google Calendar of all events and practices (updated throughout the season) at this link.
- MAAC Code of Conduct [PDF] for all swimmers. This document sets expectations for swimmers at practice and at competitions.
- MAAC Parent Handbook. This document has great details about how MAAC works, what to expect at practices and meets, and the different swimmer levels.
- MAAC Board Members. Contact any of us if you have questions about the club, practices, meets, whatever. We’re here to help your swimmer(s) get the most out of their participation!
- MAAC Coaches. Your child will work with one or more coaches this season. If you need information about how practice is going, or ways that you can help your swimmer(s) succeed, contact their coach or Head Coach Hilary Wilde.
Please be sure to subscribe to the MAAC email list so that you can receive updates by email. Once you subscribe, you will receive an email asking you to confirm–please do so! Otherwise you won’t receive updates by email.
Again, welcome. If there’s anything you need to make the swim season a success, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with a board member, or ask one of the more seasoned parents. You’ll find everyone involved with the club eager to help!
